Peppermint Foot Scrub
1/2 cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
2-4 drops of pure Peppermint Essential Oil
Mix the ingredients to create your foot scrub. After soaking, smooth on the foot scrub and gently scrub off calluses and dry, dead skin using a pumice stone, loofah, or other abrasive sponge. Rinse with cool water and dry, including between the toes.
Finish this stage off by taking care of the toenails. Remember to cut the toenail across instead of around the edge to prevent ingrown nails. Lightly file the nails smooth with an emery board.

Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes in a basin of warm water with a couple of drops of pure peppermint essential oil. Pat Dry. For tired legs try a soothing peppermint oil rub. Massage into legs and leave on during the time of your foot soak. It will help you feel refreshed and ready to go.
